PROCESSING TIME
Customized orders will be ready for pick-up or shipped within 10 BUSINESS DAYS of a successful payment. You will receive an email notification with tracking information when order is complete. If you have any additional questions related to your order, send an email with order number to orders@caginascreativecollections.com. Please allow 2 BUSINESS DAYS for a response.
REFUNDS
Item(s) are custom designed to individual’s desire. Custom item(s) are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you have any issues or concerns with your custom item(s), send an email with order number to orders@caginascreativecollections.com. Issues must be reported within 2 DAYS of receipt of custom item(s). Please allow 2 DAYS for a response.
DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSIT
If for any reason an item was damaged in transit, damaged items must be returned and a replacement will be sent to customer. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping damaged item(s) back to CaGina’s Creative Collections. We will handle the shipping of the replacement item(s). Damaged item(s) must be reported within 2 DAYS of receipt. Send an email with order number to orders@caginascreativecollections.com. Please allow 2 BUSINESS DAYS for a response. After customer receive a response, damaged item(s) must be shipped for return within 2 BUSINESS DAYS. Customer is responsible for sending tracking number within 2 BUSINESS DAYS to orders@caginascreativecollections.com. Send return items to: 916 Buckhorn Bend, Locust, GA 30248.
